Sometimes OTA fails because of a corrupted cache or regional server issues. In that case, you need a manual USB update.

If you must downgrade:
Do not turn off the projector. Wait for at least 30 minutes. If it remains stuck, the update has likely failed. Turn the projector off, remove the USB, and repeat the manual update process from the beginning with a freshly formatted USB and the correct firmware file.

For the easiest method of keeping your firmware updated, you should use the update feature. However, this feature is often hidden and must be manually activated. To enable OTA updates, navigate to the System Update section in your projector's settings. Once there, click on the Model text or area 5 times . You should see a message appear: “OTA TEST MODE IS OPEN” or similar. Once this mode is activated, go back and select System Update . Your projector will now check for and install the latest official firmware.
