For environments without internet connectivity, ESET provides several ways to distribute updates locally:

If using a network share (UNC path), the ESET service runs under the "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" account by default. This account might not have access to your network share. Switch the update distribution to an HTTP server, or configure the update profile in ESET to authenticate using a specific network user account that has permission to read the folder.

If you have multiple offline computers connected to an isolated local network, copy the updates to a local shared network drive (NAS). Point all client computers to that local network path ( file:////ServerName/ESET_Share ) so you only have to update one central folder manually.
